Vitamin C is an essential vitamin with a wide range of important functions, including:

• Protein manufacture and the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails
• Muscle growth and reproductive health
• DNA synthesis and cell division
• Its antioxidant activity
• Maintaining healthy bones
• Supporting cognitive performance
• Normal vision

  Magnesium is important for its role in:

• Helping to maintain energy
• Helping to build and maintain bones and teeth
• Contributing to the health of nerve, muscle and cell membranes
• Contributing to normal muscle function, including the heart
• Assisting with protein manufacture
• Balancing some of the body's other mineral and hormone systems

  This supplement provides 448% of the vitamin C NRV, but is well within recommended upper limits. Quantities above 1000mg in any one dose are increasingly less well absorbed. More than one capsule a day will exceed the recommended upper limit for total zinc consumption. If you have a sensitive stomach and require Vitamin C, this product may be more suitable for you. Mineral buffers are used to change the PH balance in ascorbic acid, making it less acidic. Zinc and Magnesium ascorbates are used based on the bodys ability to absorb them.

Each capsule contains:

• Vitamin C 358 mg 448% NRV*
• Potassium 14 mg <1% NRV*
• Magnesium 62 mg 17% NRV*
• Zinc 14 mg 140% NRV*

Magnesium Ascorbate, Magnesium Carbonate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (capsule), Zinc Ascorbate, Potassium Ascorbate.

Recommended dose 1 capsule per day with food. The stated recommended dose can be changed as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed this recommended dose. Consume within 3 months of opening.

If pregnant or breast feeding, consult your health care practitioner before using. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
